Oh, I'm so glad to see more of this!! I loved the sequence where Rose cries at the telly, the Doctor laughs, cut to him sleeping on the couch. When my best friend was pregnant, she cried at the silliest things too. Before she got pregnant, I'd seen her cry like 5 times in 10 years. After the hormones kicked in, she cried at roadkill. And AT&T commercials. And once when watching figure skating. I laughed every time, and I had a lot of things hurled at my head in retaliation. And the image of the Doctor waving Hi, baby at the sonogram screen had me all choked up. What a perfectly sweet and totally adorkable thing for a guy to do!
